Common Questions

Commercial questions, answered before quotation

How are white-label silicone sealant projects reviewed?

White-label requests are reviewed through the OEM process: start with a current product route, then confirm the application, packaging, artwork, color target, samples, documents and destination market. Formula changes or new performance targets require a separate technical feasibility review.

What is the OEM minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the selected product, color, packaging format and carton configuration. It is confirmed after the brief is reviewed.

Can Vesta use our existing packaging artwork?

Yes. Existing artwork can be reviewed against product identity, language, barcode, market markings and production-file requirements.

What packaging formats are available?

Available formats include standard cartridges with multiple nozzle configurations, foil sausages, bulk pails and drums. Standard cartons contain 24 cartridges or 20 foil sausages; carton counts, barcodes, shipping marks and languages can be customized by project.

How are samples approved before production?

The selected route, color target, sample reference, packaging and agreed acceptance points are recorded before production.

Can Vesta adjust or develop a formula?

The public program starts with a current Vesta product. Other requests require a separate technical feasibility review.

Is structural silicone glazing available for private label projects?

Yes. Structural silicone glazing sealant is available for quotation and sample review, with TDS and project requirements reviewed before the route is confirmed.
