Vesta normally quotes in US dollars, with other currencies available after confirmation. EXW, FOB and CIF bases are available according to the destination and buyer preference. The standard quotation validity is two weeks. Compare prices only when the product, package, color, quantity, currency and delivery basis match.

You do not need to choose an Incoterm before contacting us. Send your destination country, postcode, delivery address, product, pack size and quantity, and tell us whether you already have a freight forwarder or customs broker. We can confirm the quotation and shipping information available for that shipment, then identify what still needs confirmation with your forwarder, broker or local authority. Send the exact delivery address and order details so the available option can be checked. Door-to-door, DAP or DDP delivery must be confirmed for the destination, shipment size and local import arrangement; it is not assumed from a product quotation. Vesta currently offers EXW, FOB and CIF quotation bases, and the written quotation will state the agreed Incoterm, named place and included delivery scope.

The agreed Incoterm and named place determine the commercial responsibility for freight, clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery. The quotation and order should state each responsibility clearly. Vesta prepares the agreed supplier and shipment documents; the importer, customs broker or destination authority should confirm the local filing, classification and duty treatment before payment and shipment.

Yes. Vesta normally provides up to two free samples for each selected product and pack option. Standard samples are usually prepared in 2–3 days, while custom-sample timing is confirmed separately. You normally pay the courier cost; contact our team if you need support with sample freight. Product suitability and any structural-glazing approval remain separate from the sample policy.

Tell us which documents, languages and market requirements apply to your order. We will check product data, safety information and requested test documents for the selected model, while commercial shipment documents are prepared for the agreed delivery scope.

Production lead time starts after deposit receipt and confirmation of the order details. Standard products in standard colors can be completed in as little as 10 days. An approved custom color does not normally add production time; custom packaging usually adds about one week for packaging and print confirmation. Lead time refers to production only and excludes freight transit.

Unless the current product TDS states otherwise, plan around a 12-month shelf life in the original unopened packaging. Keep cartons in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight, rain, frost and excessive heat, and follow the selected model’s stated temperature range and label.
